Whilst living in San Francisco in 2008, Anne saw the first Tesla Roadster being tested on a parking lot. Running towards it he quickly realised it was fully electric. Well, if they can do that with a car, I can do that with a boat. And there it all begun...
Celso and Anne met in 2011 on an airplane to Missouri - both traveling to an EV convention - and later started working at NE. Celso spends his days designing, creating and testing the software and electronics in batteries and machines.
Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
On a sunny day, Sander walked into the workshop with the question if he could come and join NE. He is very handy with mechanics and electronics and has been with us since 2016.
Chef Hydraulics & Heavy Equipment
This is our Kiwi Lindsay, he gained his experience in the underground mining industry in Australia and was searching for a job involving a bit more clean air.

Max arrived at the workshop by bike and told Anne she could take care of the Marketing & Communication, internally and externally.
Head of Mechanics
Morris has been with NE for 6 years now, as one of the youngest of the pack, he is quite the leader of the pack. He arrived at the workshop on his skateboard and told Anne to hire him for an internship.
Dashboard Graphic Design & Car Mechanic
Ray and Anne have worked together since 2 decades already, starting as students at cinema Kriterion, now together in professional engineering. Ray fills his days with designing and playing with interfaces, improving the look and feel of the cars.

Design & Assembly Engineer
Wout started at NE 2 years ago as an intern, and further developed his skills in drawing and designing battery boxes. Besides his funny Belgium accent, he firmly believes in creating a more sustainable future!
Battery Technology Research Intern
Tim studies Aviation Engineering in Amsterdam and is working on the renewable energy project, a battery buffer designed to store solar energy in a large container.
Jorge is from Portugal and started with us as an intern. He has a huge skillset involving work with computers. Most days he is solving software problems and specialising in CANbus.
