In 2026, we will produce the first 100% electric 1.5-metre milling machine, based on the Wirtgen W150Fi.
With a battery capacity of 900 kWh can this machine run all ‘normal’ days. In addition, the machine is equipped with 400kW DC fast charging, meaning that with a short charging session, extra heavy or multi-shift work is also no problem.
Like all other machines in our portfolio, this milling machine is also equipped with the heat pump system developed by New Electric, DC HVAC, with which the temperatures of all climate zones are regulated in an optimal and energy-efficient manner.
