Our services
Turnkey Electric powertrains
All types of vehicles, vessels, and heavy equipment can be electrically powered. Each vehicle has specific operating requirements. We design a custom solution specifically based on the machine's operating characteristics. Increasingly, we produce small series so that the investment in design and engineering can be spread across multiple machines.
Energy storage
Energy storage is the key to a sustainable future. We realize custom battery solutions. We deliver the greatest added value precisely when a battery configuration becomes complex (large) or needs to be installed in special spaces.
Certification services
Electric powertrains are only suitable if they meet the certification requirements specific to the intended environment and use. We provide guidance on component selection and arrange on-site testing for EMC, ECE, and IEC compliance, certificates that are valid in all EU countries.
An emission-free future
We believe that electromagnetic propulsion is the key to our emission-free future. We reuse, recycle, and re-energize machines for a new generation by electrifying vehicles, vessels, and heavy equipment. By doing so, we also create green and clean jobs in our region and help the Netherlands make all construction sites emission-free by 2030!
Full integration and custom-made
Engineering
New Electric consists of a unique team of electrical, mechanical, and software engineers. Together with our customers, we design a new type of electrification. Important starting points in this process include the machine's diesel consumption, desired operating hours, and charging options.
Build
At our new production facility in Breukelen, we have all the capabilities to realize complete turnkey electrifications.
The fully electric drive consists of the electric motor, the battery pack, and seamless software and hardware integration with the existing machine systems.
Certification
Our electric powertrains are packaged and installed in accordance with EMC and traffic safety guidelines. We design custom-made units with specific requirements for projects involving multiple identical models. All our electric powertrains are sold as ready-to-use products.
Training & Service
For those working with the new electric machines, this is often a new experience. By providing workshops on electrification and training on the safe use of the machinery, we ensure rapid acceptance at work. Furthermore, by getting to know our users, we establish short lines of communication, which makes for pleasant collaboration.
